1. Service Scope

Our services provides repair, maintenance, and installation services for residential and commercial properties.

The scope of work will be agreed upon before the service begins.

2. Booking & Confirmation

All bookings must be confirmed via call, message, or official platform.

Service timing will be scheduled based on availability.

3. Pricing & Payment

  • Prices are based on service type and scope of work.
  • Any additional work requested on-site will be charged separately.
  • Payment must be made immediately after service completion unless otherwise agreed.

4. Cancellation & Rescheduling

  • Cancellations must be made at least 2 hours prior to the scheduled time.
  • Late cancellations may incur a service fee.
  • We reserves the right to reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances.

5. Access to Property

Clients must ensure access to the property at the scheduled time.

Delays caused by lack of access may result in rescheduling or additional charges.

6. Warranty & Liability

  • We provide a limited service warranty (if applicable) for specific repairs.
  • Warranty does not cover misuse, external damage, or normal wear and tear.
  • We are not responsible for pre-existing damages.

7. Materials & Parts

  • Any replacement parts or materials will be charged separately unless included in the quotation.
  • We are not not responsible for delays caused by unavailable parts.

8. Health & Safety

Clients must provide a safe working environment.

We reserve the right to refuse service if conditions are unsafe.

9. Client Responsibilities

  • Ensure clear instructions are provided before work begins.
  • Secure valuables and fragile items prior to service.

10. Complaints & Feedback

  • Any concerns must be reported within 24 hours of service completion.
  • We are committed to resolving issues professionally.

11. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or failure to perform services due to events beyond control (e.g., weather, emergencies).

12. Acceptance of Terms

By booking our service, the customer confirms acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
